Hey guys, this is a simple how-to video to teach you how to fill out all the PDF forms I'm going to be sending you. You're going to need a program called X X. It is the latest version and it looks like this. Most computers already have this, but if you need it, just go to [website] and type in [website] and hit enter. It's on the first line of [website]. Get [website]/Reader. You want to uncheck the McAfee security scan as you don't need it. Hit download. It's a quick download and once it installs, it'll pop an icon on your desktop like this. You just double click it and then open up whatever document I need you to fill out, like this "fell adult ADHD self-report". You literally just click in the [field] and type. For example, for this one, it's your name. Then click again for the date. It's very simple and easy to use. Just for example, for these after you read the question, you just click in the [field] and you hit "X" to put it in. For the next column, you just hit the spacebar first and that skips the first column and puts it in the second column. Same with the third, spacebar twice, spacebar three times for the fourth column, and then spacebar four times, two, three, four for the fifth column. And that's it, then you just fill out the rest of them. You can hit tab to scroll to the next one faster. After you've done filling out the form, just go to "file", "save as PDF". Then, right here, highlight where it says "enter your first and last name" and just type your first and last name, just for example, I'm typing in Scott Shiny and hitting "Save"....
