Hello and welcome to my series of 60-second how-to videos on Apps. Today, I'm looking at how you can convert a Docs document to a PDF file that you can download and distribute to anyone who has a computer. It's actually very simple. Once you've got your document set up, open it and then go to the file menu. When you go to file, you'll need to come down to "download as", and here you have a range of different document format options. You'll notice that PDF is listed halfway down. Click on PDF, it'll download automatically, and there you have it. That's all there is to it. I hope you found that useful.
